LED display screen
P1.86 GOB, 640 × 1920 mm active area, over 6 ft tall. Monograms, welcome messages, seating charts, photos, video & custom animations. Pair as a matching set on either side of a stage, or join for one larger display.
Lighting & Production Rentals
Individual fixture rentals. Delivery, setup, and an on-site technician are available as part of a Lighting package.
Uplighting
Wireless, battery-powered, color-matched to your palette. Ten fixtures wash the venue in your chosen color.
Intelligent moving heads
DMX-programmed for dance floor, first dance or stage wash.
Cold spark machine
Indoor-safe, no heat or smoke. Grand entrance or first-dance moment. Venue approval required.
Fog & haze
Low-lying dry ice fog that clears before it reaches guests — pure cinema for a first dance.

Controller and cabling for programming your lighting rig.

Good to know
Do you provide sound equipment or a DJ?
No. ELEVÉ Events covers seating, tabletop and lighting production only. We coordinate closely with whichever sound or DJ vendor you bring on.
Can we book tabletop and production separately?
Yes — they're run as two sides of the business and priced independently. Many clients book chairs and tables through us and bring in their own lighting, or the reverse.
What's included in delivery?
Delivery, setup and breakdown are quoted per order based on venue access, distance from Dallas–Fort Worth or San Antonio, and load-in timing. Ask for a delivery estimate when you request availability.
How far in advance should we book?
Up to a year ahead — and we'd encourage it for peak spring and fall wedding dates. Smaller events can often be accommodated with less notice — ask us directly.
