We build a practical lighting plan around your venue, room size, and the mood of the day — combining intelligent moving heads, LED washes, and programmed effects so your entrance, first dance, toasts, and dance floor all read beautifully in person and on camera, without overwhelming the room.
Every plan is run live by our own crew: fixtures are focused and programmed before guests arrive, and a technician operates the system through the event so each cue — the first dance, the toast, the send-off — lands exactly on time.

Can stage lighting be designed for a wedding venue?
Yes. Every plan is built around your venue's layout, ceremony and reception flow, and color palette — covering the entrance, first dance, toasts, and dance floor.
Do you operate the lighting during the event?
Yes. Our technician installs, focuses, programs, and runs the system live throughout your event — cues aren't left on a timer unattended.
Do you provide sound equipment or a DJ?
No. ELEVÉ Events covers lighting and production only. We coordinate closely with whichever sound or DJ vendor you bring on.
Can we book lighting without tabletop rentals?
Yes — lighting and production run as their own side of the business, priced and booked independently of chairs, tables and chargers.
What's included in setup?
Any individual item can be rented on its own. Choosing a package above adds delivery, setup, breakdown and an on-site lighting technician who runs the rig through your event.
How far in advance should we book?
Up to a year ahead — and we'd encourage it for peak spring and fall wedding dates. Smaller events can often be accommodated with less notice — ask us directly.
