Can planning and coordination be booked alongside your rentals?
Yes — planning, tabletop rentals, and lighting production are three separate sides of ELEVÉ Events and can be booked together or on their own.
What's the difference between coordination and full planning?
Coordination steps in near the end to execute a wedding or event you've already planned. Partial and full-service planning start earlier and take on the vendor sourcing, budget, design and logistics work itself.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit secures your date, with the balance due ahead of the event — details are confirmed in your proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
Up to a year ahead — and we'd encourage it for peak spring and fall wedding dates. Smaller events can often be accommodated with less notice — ask us directly.
